The executive power, political parties and the Supreme Court in USA

According to the article 2 of the American Constitution, the executive power rests in hands of the president and the vice-president who are elected to a 4-years term. The 22th amendment limits the number of term to twice, to prevent multiple re-election. (even if an exceptionnal case existed in which Franklin Roosevelt was elected 4 times). We will see here the executive power in USA and political parties in USA. Finally, we will study the Supreme Court.
