A contract is made by economic incentives of the parties. A company is leading to contract if it is in its own interest. But like all companies seek their own interest, it is interesting to study how the bargaining power influence the substance of a contract and subsequently how introduce trust in the business’s world, in the world of the opportunism. Then to examine how is chosen the governance structures of contractual relations. And, to determinate the role of contract law, in comparison of the economy in contracting.
